Do you deliver training internally to your workforce? If so, great! We can support you with our Train the Trainer programmes. We are experts in supporting organisation-based internal training teams with expert training skills updates and refresher training.
What’s included?
Apart from a damn fine training session, you will also receive the training materials and question sets for delivering the training internally. Each course has its outlines and objectives, so our team can provide additional information if you need it.
Suppose there are significant changes to the course content, such as a legislation change. We will push new materials of this programme to all individuals who have completed with us. We also provide a guidance note so you can reference this in your training if necessary.
Group size and delivery
We usually run these courses on a 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 basis. However, we can cater for groups up to twelve people. Most of our customers book closed courses so they can be tailored more to their working methods.
We may also run open Train the Trainer programmes, which will be listed on our Open Courses Page.
Many courses can be delivered virtually by Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We can also provide the training on-site at your chosen location. However, additional costs may be incurred for travel and overnight stays if required due to distance.
How long is the training valid?
Course validity can differ from programme to programme. However, we advise an average of 18 months from the date of completion. In most cases, an annual refresher is strongly recommended to keep your skills and knowledge refreshed.
