We have been asked some weird and wonderful questions before, however, here are a round up of the most commonly asked questions.
Where do you cover and deliver training?
White’s Training are proud to offer support to all health and care organisations located on the U.K. Mainland.
Are we locked into a contract for our training?
Unlike many of the other providers, we do not tie you in. You are free to use us when required and also use other training providers.
Can we visit you for in-person training?
We have our own fully equipped training room with additional virtual learning capabilities in-house. We are able to host up to 20 learners on-site.
How long are White's Training's training courses?
The majority of our short courses are three hours, or six hours. However, some courses may last longer and we will advise this upon booking or enquiry.
Do you offer additional Learner Support
We are happy to support people with additional learning needs, such as ESOL, Dyslexia and much more. Ask us how we can adapt your sessions.
Can I refer people to use your services?
Definitely! We reward recommendations as there is no better advert than a happy customer. Speak to us about our referral incentives.
