As a Skills for Care endorsed provider, White’s Training offers the latest in Leadership and Management training, by focusing on areas such as change management, models of leadership and leadership development.
The training is available as three individual packages of learning:
- Leading Change, Improving Care
This programme is aimed at registered managers and other managers currently working in adult social care services, preparing you and your team for change in a constantly evolving sector.
- Lead to Succeed
This programme is aimed at aspiring managers, who wish to develop their skills in supervision, adding to positive workplace culture and developing managerial behaviour.
- Well-Led
This programme is aimed at registered managers who wish to develop their leadership strategies and techniques to improve quality of care for customers
We are able to provide courses using virtual training through Google Meet and to offer eLearning with live assessments. Alternatively, we can offer training in person where Covid-19 guidelines can be followed and full risk assessments are in place.
