Refresher Training
It’s important to us that managers and their teams feel consistently supported in their roles. That’s why we keep our doors open for learners with open access support for 12 months after completing a course with us.
- Mandatory Training
Some training, such as Basic Life Support, First Aid & Health and Safety Awareness is mandatory for you to carry out your role. There are many cases where your knowledge on these Mandatory Training topics needs to be refreshed.
- Reasons for Refresher Training
- New legislation may be introduced, meaning learners must be up-to-date with current government legislation and best practices.
- New risks may appear, whether this is new equipment, a change in environment, policies & procedures or service delivery methods.
- Worker competency should be consistently monitored, so that gaps in learner knowledge can be identified.
We are able to provide courses using virtual training through Google Meet and offer eLearning with live assessments. Alternatively, we can offer training in person where Covid-19 guidelines can be followed and full risk assessments are in place.
